In an effort to push the company value of developing its team members both at work and at home, Flex is offering Dave Ramsey’s “Financial Peace University” for anyone who wishes to better their financial situations. Flex Team members watch the Spanish version of a Financial Peace lesson.
“Financial Peace University” is a program designed to help individuals and families deal with their debt, credit issues, and other financial struggles. Many of the current participants have said the program is very helpful in getting their finances back on track.
The program is split into a nine week course and is offered in several local churches across the country. For Spanish speakers, our team members have the opportunity to take the course right onsite at Flex after work hours.
Flex is offering to cover the cost for any team member and their spouse should they be interested in participating in this incredible life-changing course.
